Pats hold onto #2 pick for the week … With New England leaving little to chance in a blow out home loss to the LA Chargers in today’s early game, the Patriots have secured at least the #2 slot in this week’s opening round selection order for the 2025 draft. And they’ll end up sitting on the #1 pick, again at least for the week with just one week to go in the regular season, if somehow the NY Giants can upset Indianapolis in their game tomorrow. For the record, the Patriots close out the next weekend with a home game against Buffalo which has already clinched the division title and may not have much to play for. Stay tuned!
