At the same time, Carolina, which had been at #1 last week, surprised New Orleans 23-22 with a late score and will likely drop down the #3 spots, with Jacksonville, somewhat shockingly, moving up the second pick after going down in Philadelphia. Meanwhile, Carolina, Las Vegas and Cleveland will divvy up the 4-5-6 picks with the NY Giants moving up to #7.
