Panthers get two picks for embattled WR; is star RB McCaffery next?? … Update: Several sources are now reporting that Arizona is sending Carolina a 6th round pick in 2024 and a 7th in 2025 for embattled WR Robbie Anderson. Anderson was kicked off the sidelines in yesterday’s game after getting into a spat with his position coach. With the Cardinals Anderson will try and help replace WR Marquise Brown who may miss the rest of the year with a foot injury. Meanwhile, the bigger question in Carolina is whether the 1-5 Panthers, who would have the #1 pick overall if the 2023 draft were held today, will trade star RB Christian McCaffery who is reportedly on the block. In fact, the Panthers have reportedly received several offers for McCaffery, but with the trading deadline still two weeks away Carolina has a little time to see if the pot gets sweetened.
