Panthers lose again; keep top pick for another week … With Carolina losing to the Rams in LA this afternoon, the Panthers will hold onto the #1 pick in the proverbial ‘if the draft were held today’ selection order for the opening round of the 2023 draft, at least for another week. Las Vegas, which was on its bye this week, will stay at #2 for the week, while Detroit, which was also on its bye, moves up to #3, followed by Houston at #4. The rest of the top ten, though, won’t be confirmed until after the Sunday-Monday night games.
