Panthers, Lions win to get off schneid; Bengals, Eagles tie; 6 remain winless … Interesting day so far in the NFL where two teams – Detroit and Carolina – got their first wins of the season, while Cincinnati and Philadelphia, both of whom were 0-2 coming into their game, battled to a 23-23 tie. At the same time, though, a half dozen teams including Atlanta, Houston, Denver, Minnesota and both New York teams fell to 0-3. For the record, Detroit got off the schneid with an upset 26-23 win over Arizona in the desert, while the Panthers knocked off the LA Chargers 21-16 for their first win.
