Panthers get late pick for ‘Phins OT Little … No big surprise, but the deadline for teams to be down to the 85-man roster limit passed earlier this hour without much earth-shattering news! However, there were a couple of trades. Carolina traded veteran OT Greg Little to Miami in exchange for a 7th round pick in 2022. That’s actually not much of a return for a player who was selected 37th overall just three years ago, but Little, the former Mississippi star, only started 6 games in that period for the Panthers. Meanwhile, Green Bay and the Giants’ swapped a pair of CBs taken with early picks in 2018. The Giants get Josh Jackson, the former Iowa All-American whom the Packers selected in the second round that year, while Green Bay gets Ike Yiadom from the Giants. Yiadom was a 3rd round pick by Denver, but was traded to New York for a 7th rounder last year.
