And there there were two: PAC-12 joins Big Ten playing only league sched … The Big Ten let the world know that the 2020 college football season was in real jeopardy when the conference announced that they’d be playing only in-conference games this fall. The PAC-12 then became the second league to go that route last night, announcing that they’d also be playing only conference games this upcoming season. And just to put an exclamation point on the whole business, just hours after making the decision, the PAC-12 announced that conference commissioner Larry Scott has tested positive for the COVID. The ACC had also been expected to announce a conference-only schedule, but that league has reportedly opted to wait until later this month to make a final decision. Stay tuned!
