One more enters draft; star safety returning to college, transferring … East Carolina junior WR’RS Tyler Snead is the latest underclassman to announce that he’ll be entering the 2022 draft. Snead is somewhat undersized at just 5-7, 175, but he’s quick and has decent receiving skills. However, he’s still pretty much a very late round candidate or free agent type. The bigger news perhaps is that rising Northwestern redshirt sophomore FS Brandon Joseph, one of the best safeties in college football, will be back in college next fall, but will be transferring with Notre Dame the most likely destination.
