Ole Miss QB Kelly out for year with torn ACL … In a bit of a late stunner this evening, Mississippi has confirmed that QB Chad kelly, arguably the top senior prospect at the position for the 2017 draft, will miss the rest of the year after suffering what is being described as a ‘serious’ knee injury in the Rebels’ win over Georgia Southern on the weekend. Kelly reportedly tore both the ACL and lateral menicus in his knee and will undergo surgery once the swelling goes down. The injury comes at a bad time for Kelly as it likely means he will likely not be 100% until well after the draft.
