Early Ole Miss pro day updates … Mississippi OT Laremy Tunsil has done nothing so far at the Ole Miss pro day to dissuade NFL teams that he is not a legit candidate to be taking first overall at next month’s draft. Tunsil, with 34.5″ arms, threw up 34 reps in the bench press, which would have tied for the top figure at the combine. That kind of puts to rest the notion that Tunsil isn’t the strongest dude around. On the other hand, WR Laquon Treadwell was only able to clock 40s of 4.65 and 4.63 seconds and then only had a 33″ vertical. Not bad for a 221-pounder, but there haven’t been many receivers taken in the top 15-20 picks with those kind of numbers. Stay tuned.
