Okie State RB Hill to enter draft … Oklahoma State junior RB Justice Hill has confirmed that he will be skipping his senior year of eligibility to enter the 2019 draft. Hill also indicated that he will not play in the Liberty Bowl where the Cowboys are scheduled to play Missouri. At barely 5-10, 190, Hill isn’t all that big, but he is as fast and shifty as they come. In just three years at Oklahoma State, Hill ran for 3,500 yards including almost 1,500 in 2017. Hill also ran 930 yards this past fall when he missed three games with an injury. Hill is currently listed as the #4 back on the GBN positional ranking and the 64th best prospect overall on the GBN Big Board.
