Off day for Senior Bowl … Tomorrow will be an off-day for the players in Mobile at this year’s Senior Bowl after the three days of practice wrapped up earlier today. And Mobile has become something of a ghost town, at least when it comes to NFL personnel, as they pretty much all make a bee line for the airport the minute that final practice concludes. Indeed, it is one of the curious aspects of the game that NFL types generally don’t put much stock in the actual game and tend to put their focus on what happens at the practice sessions. However, all teams do get a copy of the game tape, along with tapes of all the practices should they want to take a look. For the record, the actual game kicks off Saturday at 2:30 PM ET with coverage on the NFL Network.
