NC State WR Harmon enters draft … North Carolina junior WR Kelvin Harmon is the latest underclassmen to announce that they will be forgoing their final year of eligibility and entering the 2019 NFL draft. Harmon also indicated that he will not play in NC State’s Gator Bowl date against Texas A&M. The 6-2, 220-pound Harmon, who caught 81 passes for over 1,000 yards this past season, is currently the 3rd ranked receiver on the GBN positional list, as well as the 31st prospect overall on the GBN Big Board.
