Missou AA LT out of Bama game … Unfortunately, Missouri All-American LT Cayden Green has been ruled out of Saturday’s big SEC game against #8 Alabama with an undisclosed foot injury. Green, who is considered to be one of the top 2-3 OG prospects for the upcoming draft, reportedly injured the foot several weeks ago and underwent what has been described as ‘minor’ surgery to correct the problem. Missouri’s says it hopes to have Green back within the ext 2-3 weeks, but hasn’t been much more forthcoming. Meanwhile, Missouri’s RT Keagen Trost has also started to get a little draft buzz of his own, although like Green he will most likely have to shift inside to OG. Trost is nothing if not experienced as he’s currently playing his 7th year in college football which included 1 year at Morgan State, 4 at Indiana State and another at Wake Forest before ultimately transferring to Missouri this past off-season. He’s a physical road-grader drive blocking who moves well enough in pass protection, although the fact that he’s an older player – he’ll turn 25 a couple of weeks before the 2026 draft – likely will push him down into the third day.
