Mbow featured player at Boilers’ pro day … All but one of 32 NFL teams had reps at the Purdue pro day earlier this faternoon, with most there to check out Boilermakers’ G/T Marcus Mbow. However Mbow, who only did positional drills at last weekend’s combine, again just chose to do the positional stuff today saying that he thinks NFL teams know he’s plenty athletic. Indeed, the question for Mbow, who played mostly RT in college, is not athleticism, but length as he’s just over 6-4 with relatively short (for an NFL OT) 32-inch arms. And just for the record, the one team that didn’t show up at the Purdue pro day today was Pittsburgh, which in itself is something of a surprise as the Steelers usually show up in numbers at just about every important pro day.
