LSU QB dinged; playing thru it … LSU has confirmed that QB Garrett Nussmeier, one of the top 2-3 prospects at the position for the 2026 draft, has what been playing with what is being described as a torso injury, since the start of the season. Nussmeier reportedly suffered the injury in pre-season training camp, ostensibly because of overwork. As noted, Nussmeier has continued to play for the 3rd ranked Tigers, but has been limited in practice and LSU is hoping that the problem will be resolved by some rest during the team’s bye week which comes up in a couple of weeks,
