LSU LB Divinity no longer with team … The timing probably couldn’t be any worse with the #1 ranked Tigers headed to Alabama this week for their mammoth duel with #2 Alabama, but LSU has confirmed that OLB Michael Divinity, the team’s top sacker, is no longer on the team for what are described as ‘personal reasons’. The 6-2, 240-pound Divinity, a second-tier prospect for the upcoming draft, has 8 career sacks including 3 so far this fall despite the fact that he has missed three games with an injury.
