Looking ahead to potentially pivotal week … So you think its been crazy the past few days. Well, its likely that you ain’t seen nothing yet as we head into what could be a very pivotal week as the new NFL football year gets underway at 4 PM ET on Wednesday. That’s when all teams have to be under the salary, while teams can begin to sign free agents and make trades. Starting at non tomorrow, though, teams can begin to talk to impending free agents without violating tampering rules, although players can’t actually sign elsewhere until Wednesday. Meanwhile, it will also be the first full week on the pro day schedule which will be highlighted by the Georgia pro day also on Wednesday. Prior to that Washington will hold its pro day on Monday, while Tennessee, Oklahoma and Kentucky go Tuesday with Clemson up on Thursday. Should be fun!
