Legal woes sideline top Badgers WR … Wisconsin junior WR Quintez Cephus, the Badgers’ top returning receiver who figured to be a mid-to-late round prospect for the 2019 or 2020 drafts, has been suspended indefinitely after he was charged with felony sexual assault of an intoxicated victim and felony assault stemming from an incident back in April. Cephus is scheduled to be in court on Thursday. The 6-0, 210-pound Cephus had 30 receptions for 501 yards and a team-high six TDs last fall in just 9 games.
