Cincinnati OT Amarius Mims, the 18th player chosen this past April was the last to sign, as he agreed to a 4Y, $15.3M deal yesterday after Minnesota signed both QB JJ McCarthy and DE Dallas Turner, the 10th and 17th picks respectively earlier in the weekend.
