Jets shopping 6th pick, rest of draft: GM … In a signal that the New York Jets may be entering something of a complete rebuilding phase, G.M. Mike Maccagnan indicated at his combine presser on Friday, that the team may very well be shopping every one of its draft picks as well, including the 6th pick overall. Maccagnan added that “every draft I’ve been in I’ve always wanted to acquire more picks. I think the one thing for ourselves, we’d like to move back and acquire more picks in this draft if possible. We’re open for business in every round. If someone wants to move up in any particular round, call us up.” Of course, teams with top 10 picks often put out the for sale sign, but its unusual to be that aggressive.
