Jets first to fire head coach … In a somewhat shocking move early the morning, the NY Jets fired head coach Robert Saleh in the wake of a 2-3 start to the season in which the team was expected to be very competitive with QB Aaron Rodgers back in uniform. Saleh will be replaced on an interim basis by Jets’ defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich whose unit has been among the league’s best the past couple of seasons.
