Jags sign 49er exec Waugh as assistant GM … Jacksonville has reportedly hired long-time NFL exce Ethan Waugh as the team’s new assistant G.M. Waugh had spent the previous 17 years working as San Francisco’s VP of player personnel. With the Jags, Waugh will be reunited with Jacksonville G.M. Trent Baalke with whom he worked for 12 of those seasons with the 49ers.
