Jags hire Rams exec Gladstone and new GM … After what may have been the most exhaustive search for a new GM in NFL history, Jacksonville has hired former LA Rams executive James Gladstone to replace Trent Baalke as the Jaguars new general manager. The 34-year-old Gladstone, who becomes the league’s youngest GM spent the last 9 years in the Rams organization where he was the team’s director of scouting strategy the past few years.
