Jags get Eagles 6th for QB Minshew … In something of an interesting late pre-season move, Philadelphia has acquired QB Gardner Minshew from Jacksonville for what is being described as a conditional 6th round pick in 2022; the pick could escalate to a #5 based on playing time. With the Eagles, Minshew will only be the #3 QB behind Jalen Hurts and Joe Flacco. Minshew, of course, became expendable in Jacksonville when the jaguars selected Trevor Lawrence with the #1 pick overall at this year’s draft.
