Jags add vet NFL exec Baalke to personnel department … Jacksonville has announced that the team has hired long-time NFL exec Trent Baalke as their new director of player personnel. Baalke spent the past couple of years working for the league, but prior to that was G.M. of San Francisco for 6 years during which time he was named NFL executive of the year in 2011.
