Irish DT out of playoffs with knee … Notre Dame confirmed this afternoon that DT Rylie Mills, a solid second day prospect for 2025 who leads the Irish in sacks with 7.5, will not be available for the remainder of the CFP playoffs because of a knee injury he suffered in the team’s win over Indiana in the first round on Friday night. The Irish play Georgia in a CFP quarter-final match-up in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day. No other word, though on the severity of the injury and whether it will inpact Mills’ availability for pre-draft testing.
