Injury worries continue to dog LB Myles

Injury woes continue to dog LB Myles draft hopes … There is a growing sense around the NFL that concerns about a nagging knee injury could in fact cause UCLA OLB Myles Jack to slip out of the top 10 of tomorrow’s draft. Myles, who had been considered to be one of the best overall prospects for this year’s draft when the season began last fall, but ultimately played only a handful of games before being sidelined for the year after tearing an MCL. Myles underwent surgery in September, but 7-8 months later still isn’t 100%. And now just hours before the draft Myles has admitted that he could need microfracture surgery at some point down the road. It is still possible, though, that a team with a top 10 pick still takes a chance on Myles with Jacksonville the most likely at #5. Whatever we will find out tomorrow evening.
