Hula Bowl announces first 4 acceptances … The Hula Bowl all-star game has announced the first 4 players that have accepted invitations to their game including Marshall OT Josh Ball, Army ILB Jon Rhattigan and DTs Khyiris Tonga of BYU and Arkansas State’s Forrest Merrill. The Hula Bowl, technically the #2 event on the all-star schedule after the Shrine and NFLPA games were cancelled because of covid, is scheduled to be played January 31st.
