‘Hawks shuffle top scout staff … Not much going on these days; late last week, though, Seattle made a number of moves in its personnel department promoting Nolan Teasley to assistant G.M. from director of pro personnel, while Matt Berry, the team’s director of college scouting was promoted to senior director of player personnel. In their places, Willie Schneider was named director of pro personnel and Aaron Hineline was named director of college scouting.
