Hail to the Chiefs

February 3, 2020

Hail to the Chiefs … Belated congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs from the great state of Missouri after they won this year’s Super Bowl with a 31-20 comeback win over San Francisco last evening. And with the Super Bowl in the books, the selection order for the first three rounds of the 2020 draft is now set with the exception of any compensatory picks which will be added to the third round. Kansas City will have the 32nd pick in every round this spring, while San Francisco will have the 31st pick in each round. That gives the Chiefs picks 64 in the second round and 96 in the third. However, the 49ers have already traded away their second and third round picks meaning that Seattle will have the 63rd selection, while Denver will have #95. Meanwhile, its on to Indianapolis for the rest of the league with the annual scouting combine set to start in less than three weeks. And for those keeping count, the 2020 draft is now just 80 days away. Hang in there guys!
