Willy: Nolo contendre … Weather prognosticators in Canada are reportedly perplexed as to how to interpret Groundhog Day results from today when the groundhog apparently refused to come out of his hole because of the cold. Willy, as he is affectionately known, did pop his head out of the hole and according to sources close to the situation muttered something like ‘WTF’ before disappearing back into his lair.
