Giants add TE Waller from Raiders for 3rd … The NY Giants made their #1 priority this season getting some weapons for QB Daniel Jones and they took a major step in that direction today by acquiring veteran TE Darren Waller, one of the best receiving TEs in the game when healthy. In exchange, Las Vegas will get a 3rd round pick, #100 overall. That in fact is the pick the Giants received from Kansas City in the trade for WR Kadarius Toney last season essentially making it a Toney for Waller deal. The one plus for the Raiders in the deal is that with the acquisition of the pick from the Giants, they now have 12 total picks at the 2023 draft, the most of any team.
