GBN All-America team posted … Anyone who follows the GBN has got to have figured by now that everyone here on the staff loves college football along with the NFL. Indeed, we’d be religiously watching the college game even if we weren’t scouting players. So we just have a whole lot of fun with it when we get to name our own All-America team here. And there is no surprise that most of this year’s top draft prospects including DEs Aidan Hutchinson of Michigan and Oregon’s Kayvon Thibodeaux, along with Alabama OT Evan Neal and Notre Dame safety Kyle Hamilton are first-team headliners. At the same time, though, we’ve been known to march to the beat of our own drummer on occasion which we do when we went off the reservation and named Bailey Zappe of Western Kentucky first-team QB. Needless to say, he doesn’t get the same national recognition of some of the other guys competing for the CFP championship, but he was quite simply the most productive passer in college football this fall and #2 wasn’t even close. Let the debate begin.
