Gators TE Pitts enters draft … Florida junior TE Kyle Pitts, a potential top ten pick, announced this morning that he will foregoing his remaining eligibility and entering the upcoming draft. Pitts will also pass on the Gators’ bowl game. The 6-6, 240-pound Pitts had 43 catches for 770 yards and 12 scores in something of an injury plagued season in which he missed three games. Included in those numbers were 7 receptions for 129 yards and a score in last night’s SEC championship loss to Alabama.
