RB Fournette in, but barely; DT McDowell out as colleges kick-off … A couple of draft related injury notes from this afternoon’s early college games. LSU RB Len Fournette is in uniform against in the Tigers’ make-up game with Florida, but isn’t playing much; indeed, Fournette had just one carry in the opening quarter with sophomore Derrius Guice carrying most of the workload. Fournette has been hampered by an ankle injury, that some reports could be a chronic problem going forward, since mid-August. Meanwhile, Michigan State DT Malik McDowell is not playing at all in the Spartans game against #2 Ohio State because of foot and rib injuries.
