Falcons add vet WR Jefferson from Rams for future late-round pick swap … Atlanta has reportedly acquired WR Van Jefferson from the LA Rams in a deal involving one of those proverbial late-round draft pick swaps. To complete the deal, the Rams will get a 6th round pick in 2025 from Atlanta while the Falcons get a #7 from the Rams. Jefferson was a 4th round pick by the Rams in 2020 and had a productive year in 2021 when he hauled in 50 passes to help the team win the Super Bowl, but has played little to date this fall with the emergence of young LA receivers like rookie sensation Paku Nacua and Tutu Atwell; he’ll also will be a free agent at the end of the season.
