They’re back … The story that simply would not die during this entire draft process is that Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles would try and move up in the draft to get Oregon QB Marcus Mariota. And that story appears to have new life today as we move to under 10 hours to go before the event actually gets underway.
