Dad/coach Deion confirms he’ll be involved in Shedeur, Travis Hunter drafts … He’s been very quiet of late, but Colorado coach Deion Sanders indicated during an interview earlier this week that he’ll be ‘getting involved’ if the wrong team were to draft either star Buffs’ QB Shedeur Sanders and WR/CB Travis Hunter. Sanders, the dad/coach, though, also indicated that he will do so ‘privately, not publicly!’ Interestingly, when talking about son Shedeur’s NFL home, Sanders suggested that he wasn’t all that concerned about the team that would be around, but more the organization and whether they understood the QB position and would be putting QB Sanders in the best position to succeed. There have, of course, been whispers in the past that dad/coach Sanders might end up being the ‘parent from hell’ that might have some teams shying away from QB Sanders at the draft. Of course, its also not clear what he could do, even privately, but clearly it would be something that NFL teams will have to take into consideration. Time will tell!!
