Deadline looming for underclassmen … Underclassmen wishing to enter the 2024 draft have until the end of business Monday afternoon to file paperwork with the NFL in order to be eligible to selected this spring. However, all the usual suspects have been heard from already, although it is still possible that some lesser known 3rd and 4th juniors either could, or have already apply. Of course, it is not necessary for players who have applied to have made an announcement. Once the deadline passes tomorrow, players who have applied have a 72-hour window of opportunity to withdraw their applications if they have yet to sign with an agent. And then once that window has closed the NFL will release the final list of underclassmen eligible for this year’s draft.
