DE Williams runs ‘okay’ at UGA pro day … We’re still hoping to get a more complete rundown of results from today’s Georgia pro day which attracted a full house of NFL personnel people, but the early returns that DE Mykel Williams, a possible top ten prospect for the upcoming draft who did not run at the combine, was reportedly clocked in the mid-4.7 range for the 40 today. That’s not a bad time for a 6-5, 260-pound DE, but Williams was probably hoping for something closer to the 4.60-4.65 range. One former Bulldog who reportedly did run well was today was safety Dan Jackson, who was not invited to the combine at all, but posted times in the low to mid-4.4 range today.
