College notes; Part Deux … Another busyish day on the college wire today. Included among the developments was the fact that Michigan State junior RB Kenneth Walker has announced that he will be foregoing his remaining eligibility and entering the 2022 draft. And like most underclassmen turning pro these days, Walker will be skipping the Spartans Peach Bowl date with Pittsburgh later this month. Walker, who transferred to Michigan State from Wake Forest last winter, had a truly break out year in 2021 when he ran for almost 1,700 yards and 18 scores and figures to be one of the first 4-5 backs off the board this coming April. Meanwhile, UCF QB Dillon Gabriel, who entered the transfer portal late last month after undergoing season-ending surgery to repair a fractured clavicle suffered in the latter part of September, has announced that he is transferring to UCLA. In his two seasons plus as a starter for UCF, Gabriel threw for over 8,000 yards and had 70 TD passes against only 14 interceptions.
