College football updates … There are updates to a couple of college football stories reported earlier this summer. On the one habd, star Oklahoma State RB Ollie Gordon, who led DI in rushing last fall with over 1,700 yards, will not face any additional team discipline after he was charged with a DWI infraction last month. That means Gordon will not be suspended for the Cowboys season opener against two-time FCS national champion South Dakota State on August 31st. Meanwhile, Cincinnati has confirmed that star DT Dontay Corelone, one of the top prospects at the position for 2025 has returned to the team after a non-football health scare last month when blood clots were found on his lungs. Corleone still has not been cleared for game action, but is able to workout with his Bearcat teammates and the school is hopeful he will be fully cleared by September.
