Clemson WR Ross back in uniform; football future undecided … Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney indicated at a ACC championship game presser earlier this week that star junior WR Justyn Ross is ahead of schedule in his recovery from a non-football injury. Ross, who was considered to be a legit top-10 prospect for the 2021 draft, missed the entire season after being diagnosed with a congenital fusion in his spine this spring. In fact, there was concern that Ross might have to give up football. However, according to Swinney, Ross is back practicing in full pads with the Tigers, although he is still in a very non-contact situation. And while the assumption has been that if Ross was able to come back to the game next fall, that it would be at Clemson, but Swinney couldn’t guarantee that Ross will not be putting his name into the 2021 draft, although clearly if Ross were to enter this year’s draft there would be a lot of questions about his health.
