Soph CB 4th Tiger to turn pro today … Just hours after junior DE Kevin Dodd and safeties Jayron Kearse and T.J. Green announced they were entering the 2016 draft, redshirt sophomore CB Mackensie Alexander also let it be known that he was turning pro. They join DE Shaq Lawson and OLB Travis Banks, both of whom had declared earlier, as Clemson underclassmen leaving for the pros this year. And in the end no one should be too surprised if Alexander is the the first former Tiger selected this coming April as like DE Lawson, he’s currently rated as a top 10-15 prospect.
