Cincy, ‘Skins staying put; Lions ‘on the clock’ … With just over a half hour until the start of the 2020 draft, word around the league is that Cincinnati and Washington will be staying at the 1st and 2nd picks respectively. In fact, the Bengals have reportedly told LSU QB Joe Burrow that he’ll be the pick at #1, not that anyone had any real doubts, while Washington is expected to take Ohio State DE Chase Young with the second pick. That’ll put Detroit on the clock at #3 with the first pick with some real suspense. The Lions have reportedly been trying to work a deal to drop down a couple of spots all day, but don’t appear to have any takers.
