Chiefs shuffle personnel staff … Kansas City made a number of moves earlier this week to reorganize its personnel department. The Chiefs announced the hiring of Mike Bradway as assistant director of personnel. Bradway had spent the previous 10 seasons with Philadelphia, most recently as assistant director of personnel. The Chiefs also hired Greg Castillo as college scout director. Castillo, who had been a scouting intern with the Saints, was a safety for the Chiefs during the 2013 preseason. At the same time, the Chiefs promoted Mike Borgonzi to director of football operations; Chris Shea to football operations counsel and personnel executive; Ryan Poles to assistant director of player personnel; Ryne Nutt to director of college scouting; Trey Koziol to national scout; Jason Lamb to college and pro scout; and Rob Francois to national football scout.
