CFL ROY thinking about entering NFL draft

CFL ROY thinking about entering NFL draft … There is an interesting story out of the Canadian league where 2023 Rookie of the Year Qwan’Tez Stiggers, a CB with the Toronto Argonauts, is reportedly contemplating putting his name into the upcoming NFL draft. Stiggers signed with DII Lane College out of high school, but he never played there as he dropped out after his father was killed in a car accident. In fact, he never played college football at all, but tried out with Toronto this summer, made the team and ended up being named a league all-star and the league’s rookie of the year after picking off 5 passes in just 13 games. And while he never played college football, he has now been out of high school for three years and is therefore eligible for the 2024 draft. Stiggers has good size at a listed 6-0, 200 and has reportedly run the 40 in the 4.40 range. If nothing else, we have added his name to the list of 3rd year players and what is their draft status.
