CFL ROY has solid pro day … While we wait for the biggest week on the pro day schedule to get underway tomorrow, we can report that Toronto Argonauts’ CB Qwan’tez Stiggers, the Canadian league’s rookie of the year last year, had a pretty good showing at a private pro day on Friday in his home town of Atlanta. Stiggers, who did not play college football and who was not invited to the combine, still drew reps from 29 of the 32 NFL teams to his workout where he measured in at 5-11, 205 with 31-inch arms, posted a 4.47 40 clocking on what was described as a wet field, had  36.5-inch vertical, which were both at least middle of the pack at the position, while he also managed times of 4.25 seconds in the short shuttle and 7.20 in the 3-cone which were relatively slowed compared with the few corners that ran those in Indianapolis.
