Cavs land top TE transfer prospect … Following up on yesterday’s reporting that Central Michigan TE Tony Poljan was going to transfer, he announced earlier today that he is going to be attending Virginia for his senior season. The 6-7, 260-pound Poljan, who stared his CMU career as a QB before finally switching to TE full-time last year had 33 receptions for just under 500 yards and four TDS last season.
